Freshly prepared soup of the day served with homemade bread

Breaded Queenie Scallops served with salad garnish & sweet chilli sauce

Fetta, Olive & Sundried Tomato salad drizzled with rocket pesto dressing

Munros of Dingwall Haggis bon bons rolled in oatmeal served with a potato croquette, turnip puree & peppercorn sauce – Supplement £2.95


Main Courses

Pan Seared Seabass fillet served with samphire, sautéed potatoes & a lemon & parsley sauce

Mixed roasted vegetable omelette served with salad garnish 

Local Butcher Pork Loin stacked with parisienne potatoes, black pudding, haggis & a whisky mushroom cream sauce

Shetland Blue lipped Mussels served with homemade bread and in your choice of sauce, please choose from –Diced smoked bacon, apple cider & spring onion cream sauce (GF) – Supplement –  £3.95
